After spending years in corporate America, Shelley Moniz decided to leave the hustle and bustle of the “big city” to pursue a lifelong dream of caring for and training dogs. She has been working with animals since childhood. Growing up, she took part in raising hunting beagles with her family and developed a strong affinity for all things furry. She is an ABC certified dog trainer with the Animal Behavior College, and is fully certified in Pet First Aid & CPR for the safety of your canine companions. She has also attended many pet-related seminars to further her knowledge. Most recently she attended a seminar led by world-renowned dog behaviorist Cesar Millan of National Geographic’s The Dog Whisperer and a dog behavior seminar led by Patricia McConnell, Ph.D.
